How often should i schedule a massage?

What should I wear for my massage?

Your comfort is always the priority. Clients may undress to their personal comfort level, and professional draping with clean sheets and blankets is provided throughout the session to ensure privacy and relaxation at all times.

Are there any health conditions that may affect massage treatments?

Certain conditions such as recent injuries, fever, open wounds, infections, or specific medical concerns may require treatment to be postponed or adjusted. Booking & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule individual appointments. Please note that refunds are not issued for individual services.

For spa parties or group bookings, we request at least one week’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Eligible party deposits/payments may be refunded based on booking terms.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfers.

E-transfer payments can be sent to [email protected]. If paying on the day of service, arrangements should be made in advance of your appointment.

Is there a travel fee?

Travel fees are based on distance and location. This will always be communicated clearly before confirmation.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all services and group bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not issued for individual appointments. However, clients may reschedule their booking for a later date with the required notice and subject to availability.
